Each year, students from YCIS Shanghai attend a two-week trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand. Community is formed within the group and important Creativity, Action and Service work is done. I led a similar trip Experience Week trip at CDNIS in November, 2011. This November, I co-led a trip to Fiji where forty-eight students took part in house building. The work was transformational.
